Shipping and Return Policy
Where we ship - We currently do not ship outside of the United States and Canada
When we ship - We strive to ship the same day the order is received and paid.
How we ship - We use UPS as our carrier. Our shipping typically take 2-4 days for our customers to receive their orders.
We offer expedited express shipping upon request of the customer. Overnight shipping fees will be based on UPS's fee structure.
Within the shipping and return policy, all purchases are final and no returns will be accepted except for purchases defective upon delivery. To return a defective item, first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items without proper RMA numbers may be rejected.
Any factory sealed item that has been opened
RMA numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. Once you receive an RMA number, please send the items to Holistic Dental Products immediately.
Damaged or missing parts:
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories must be reported within seven (7) business days of receipt of product.
Any damage arising from a defective product with be limited to a refund of the purchase price only (waived in certain cases). Defective items will be replaced with either a replacement unit or electronic credit in the same form of payment.
If a shipment is refuse for any reason, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded less the shipping expense.
